What is Dysania? Is this most common ?

Dysania is the mental state of finding it hard getting up out of bed in the morning. A state where people having Dysania think they are tired and fatigue. After a good night sleep you should probably feel good and not lazy.

  • Sleep is a naturally state of mind characterized by altered consciousness. A state which has reduced interactions with surroundings.
